When administrating a Facebook page there are many questions that cross our minds. From what to post, when to post, how often to post, to how to interact with users and many more.

One of the most common questions people ask about Facebook marketing is how often to post on the page. As Dan Zarella found out, the pages that post once a day or more are more likely to have less likes than the ones that posts every second day.
Others say that it is good if you post every day but not more than one post per day.

We think that it is important to have regular activity but in the same time not to spam users. So do not post more than once a day otherwise the quality of interaction may go down. If you really have something you think you have to share with users and it can’t wait until tomorrow you can post it. But be sure this doesn’t happen too often and that information is interesting for the users.
